Most orders ship the following business day (excludes special order items). All orders are shipped FOB Shipping Point. All US Postal Service orders ship with Delivery Confirmation. There are no extra shipping charges for backordered shipments, and credit card orders are not charged until they leave our warehouse.

Most orders ship the following business day (excluding special order items). If you need your order to go out the same day, you must call and speak to us to see if it can be arranged. All orders are shipped FOB Shipping Point. US Postal Service and UPS are our primary carriers. US Postal Service orders ship with Delivery Confirmation. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes, so please provide a street address with UPS orders. There are no extra shipping charges for backordered shipments, and credit card orders are not charged until they leave our warehouse. ** UPS shipping costs to the non-contiguous US are calculated at time of checkout.

Insurance
When UPS is selected as the shipment method, the order is automatically insured for up to $100. Please contact us for a quote for additional insurance or for insurance on other shipment methods.
Shipping Surcharges
On certain oversize items, a shipping surcharge will be applied. The charge is noted with each applicable product. Express shipping is not available for these items.
Signature Confirmation
For some orders a signature may be required. We may require a signature for high value shipments or for deliveries to high risk locations such as apartment buildings, businesses or unverifiable addresses. We may also require a signature when the billing address does not match the billing address of the credit card or when the shipment is going to a location other than the billing address. If you do not wish to sign for a package, please contact us for options.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, you may exchange or return items from your order for a full refund, subject to the following:
• All return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days from receipt of your order.
• An authorization number is required on returns and exchanges.
• Ship returns promptly after the return authorization number is issued. We allow 7 days shipping time once the return authorization number is issued.
• Original tags must be attached.
• Clothing must be in new condition.
• We are unable to accept returns on items that were damaged while worn, shrunk in the wash or simply did not hold up well after being worn.
• Shipping charges are not reimbursed.
• All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
• We do offer exchanges, if it is for the same product and if the size is available.
• We do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or embroidered.
• Special orders may be subject to a restocking fee.
Returning an item in 4 easy steps…
1. Request a return authorization number by e-mail at info@crabapplekids.com.
2. Circle the item on your order confirmation or packing slip (copies are acceptable) and note the reason for the return/exchange.
3. Securely package the item(s) along with the confirmation/packing slip and ship the package via UPS, FEDEX or insured parcel post to the following address:

Returns will be promptly handled upon their arrival in our warehouse. Credit card refunds sometimes require a bit more patience— please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear.
Returning a Gift
If you need to return a gift, please note that we're unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order. You may request a Crab Apple Kids Gift Certificate or exchange by indicating that the item was a gift. Be sure to include the name and address of the person who placed the order with Crab Apple Kids.
Terms and Conditions
Order Cancellations
All orders are processed as quickly as possible. We request that any cancellations be made within 1 hour of order placement. We will make every effort to cancel your order, but cannot make any guarantees.
Gift Wrap
We do not currently offer gift wrapping. However, if the shipment is a gift, please indicate this in the comments section during checkout, along with your message. We will include a gift note with your message, along with a packing slip without prices, at no additional charge.
Sales Tax
